PROCESSING TIME:

Most items (Apparel, Books, Drink ware) will be complete and ready for shipment (ship date) in approximately 3-4 business days. During the holidays, or sales production timelines are extended to 4-6 business days.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS: Processing time for custom orders is 3-6 weeks. Custom orders are done on a first come first served basis and orders placed during a sale or high volume times (ex. holidays) will have an extended processing time. Processing time for custom orders that include more than one item may also be extended due to each item having to be made individually.

 

SHIPPING:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES OR PACKAGES DELAYED IN TRANSIT. BEING THAT WE HAVE MULTIPLE SHIPPING OPTIONS ON OUR CHECKOUT PAGE IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PURCHASE SIGNATURE REQUIRED OR INSURED SHIPPING.
