We charge different rates for international orders. We use USPS for a 5-15 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges.  All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. HUSTLE WITH A GOAL is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

PROCESSING TIME

Most items (Costume Jewelry, Purses, Apparel, Books, Drink ware) will be complete and ready for shipment (ship date) in approximately 3-4 business days. During the holidays, or sales processing timelines are extended to 4-6 business days.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Processing time for custom orders is 3-5 weeks. Custom orders are done on a first come first served basis and orders placed during a sale or high volume times (ex. holidays) will have an extended processing time.*In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you by e-mail or phone

RETURN POLICY

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you OR You will be receive a store credit minus the initial shipping cost, there are no refunds.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned by Customer – Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, as previously stated: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
